Mobile Trailer Plant
Strebel MHT500
Where a temporary or semi-permanent heating situation exists sometimes it may be necessary to connect boilers for the provision of heating and hot water. In these cases Strebel offers to supply a bespoke and quality engineered mobile trailer to meet this need. This enables customers to benefit from the highest efficiency of temporary plant so that gas consumption can be kept to a minimum before a permanent plant solution can be installed.
The Strebel MHT500 accommodates heat provision of up to 500kW using a back-to-back cascade of S-CB+150 boilers which have been expertly engineered using a combination of fixed and flexible connections and a high quality framework. The heating circuit is protected by a gasketed plate heat exchanger to ensure the boiler circuit remains clear from circuit debris on any particular site. A separate hot water supply of up to 150kW is also available through a separate plate heat exchanger.
The Strebel MHT500 is housed in a twin axle trailer which is portable and can be easily connected and/or disconnected, and moved to different sites as required as long as there is existing pipework connection and a metered natural gas supply. Each Strebel MHT500 is supplied with in-situ flues which project one metre from the roof of the Trailer, and is supplied with the requisite high and low level ventilation, lighting and lockable doors.
As standard the Strebel MHT500 has a pre-wired integral control panel which is capable of time clock scheduling, heating and/or DHW provision, wintertime and or summertime operation mode and is capable of providing remote fault monitoring
