For the production and storage of Domestic Hot Water we offer Part L compliant direct fired gas water heaters with the S-WG+ condensing units and the non-condensing ATI-SPX models as well as well as coiled ATI-CC, tank-in-tank S-DW-I and large coil S-LC-I designed options for hot water storage calorifiers.

Direct Fired Gas Water Heaters Indirect Storage

Direct Fired Gas Water Heaters (23-175kW)

The S-WG+ range of condensing heaters combines a heater fabricated with a stainless-steel heat exchanger and a stainless-steel storage vessel. Available as skid mounted pre-piped with either a 35kW or 55kW heater and a 230-litre tank or in non-piped combinations of heater outputs up to 175kW and storage vessels of up to 700 litres a wide range of performances and applications can be achieved. Recovery rates range from 600 litres up to 3000 litres per hour accordingly.

Alternatively for less heavy DHW demand situations our non-condensing ATI-SPX glass lined water heater offers excellent performance with ErP and Part L compliant performance with 95% nett combustion efficiency. These units combine a 23kW heater with either a 220,300 or 400 litre storage vessel and offer between 340 and 370 litre per hour recovery rate.

Indirect Hot Water Storage

Indirect hot water storage vessels are available in standard format either as the ATI-CC (300,400 and 500 litre storage) range which combines a glass lined vessel with an internal large surface area coil exchanger, or as the stainless steel tank-in-tank S-DW-I (196, 265, 433 and 712 litre storage) model with integrated immersion heater.

The S-DW-I unit offers similarly impressive recovery times with continuous output up to 1300 litres per hour.

The ATI-CC units are a robust, heavy duty design with a recovery time of under 30 minutes assuming a boiler is the heat source and a continuous output of 1050 litres per hour.

The S-LC-I units are perfect for matching with our S-ASX-NT air source heat pumps to store domestic hot water as their large coils allow efficient thermal transfer.
