Taking care of your Strebel equipment should not be left to chance. We offer a range of service packages that ensures your boiler or water heater continues to offer optimum efficiency and lowest emissions year after year just as it did when it was first commissioned.
All our Service engineers are GasSafe registered and receive continuous training to ensure they are up to speed on all our products as well as being fully briefed on all health and safety requirements and legislative boiler plant room requirements.
It’s always better to plan maintenance in advance to make sure your heating or hot water equipment operates as needed. We offer a series of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) packages to offer you an incentive to plan boiler or water heater servicing in advance – as well as, of course, a reactive service to keep heat on or hot water flowing. It should be noted that, as a general rule, pre-planned service bookings will take precedence over emergency service bookings.
Emergency Bookings are defined as those required within 48 hours or less (based on normal working week from Monday to Friday) from instruction shall be carried out with an additional £50 surcharge on the prevailing Service Day Rate. In addition, please note that emergency service bookings will only be confirmed on account for customers that have open credit accounts with Strebel – otherwise payment up front will be required. It should also be noted that there is no guarantee that we can attend sites within 48 hours in peak times
SERVICE DAY RATES – 2019
Service Day Rate for 2019 is £4801 for postcodes outside the M25.
Service Day Rate for 2019 is £5801 for postcodes inside the M25.
1 Subject to additional £50 Emergency Surcharge for bookings required within 48 hours.
As a general rule it can be assumed that up to three boilers or water heaters can be serviced and or parts replaced in one visit (each additional boiler/water heater add £100 to Service Day Rate) assuming that access is available and the equipment is all situated in the same, or adjacent easily accessible, plant room. Note that it is essential to obtain clarity on units to be serviced prior to booking.
Naturally all warranty related repairs or site visits will be taken care of as soon as it reasonably practicable.
PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
We offer three different PPM packages to suit varying requirements. As each site will always be slightly different we always require firm details of what equipment you need looking after. In order to help us with this each Package has an Enquiry Form which we ask to be completed to allow us to offer with all available information in hand.
60 DAY PLAN
Arrange your service visit at least 60 working days in advance (not available for site attendance from November to February) to take advantage of 5% off our Service Day rate as well as 5% off any spare parts required that are out of warranty. Please note that new bookings for this package are suspended annually from the end of August each year and open again at the start of each New Year.
Arrange your service visit at least 12 months in advance (not available for site attendance from November to February) to take advantage of 10% off our Service Day rate as well as 10% off any spare parts required that are out of warranty. Please note that bookings for this package can be made at any time apart from during November to February each year.
3 YEAR PRICE FREEZE
Arrange your annual preventative planned service visit during the same month each year for three consecutive years. This package can be booked at any time and service visits can be scheduled for any month apart from December and January. Customers booking this package will benefit from 10% off our Service Day rate as well as 15% off any spare parts required that are out of warranty – and we will hold the Service Day price rate for all three years (although Spares pricing may vary from year to year).
