Taking care of your Strebel equipment should not be left to chance. We offer a range of service packages that ensures your boiler or water heater continues to offer optimum efficiency and lowest emissions year after year just as it did when it was first commissioned.
All our Service engineers are GasSafe registered and receive continuous training to ensure they are up to speed on all our products as well as being fully briefed on all health and safety requirements and legislative boiler plant room requirements.
It’s always better to plan maintenance in advance to make sure your heating or hot water equipment operates as needed. We offer a series of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) packages to offer you an incentive to plan boiler or water heater servicing in advance – as well as, of course, a reactive service to keep heat on or hot water flowing. It should be noted that, as a general rule, pre-planned service bookings will take precedence over emergency service bookings.
Emergency Bookings are defined as those required within 48 hours or less (based on normal working week from Monday to Friday) from instruction shall be carried out with an additional £50 surcharge on the prevailing Service Day Rate. In addition, please note that emergency service bookings will only be confirmed on account for customers that have open credit accounts with Strebel – otherwise payment up front will be required. It should also be noted that there is no guarantee that we can attend sites within 48 hours in peak times
