S-LC-I Large Coil with Immersion

The S-LC-I range of calorifiers is a range of stainless steel hot water storage tanks fitted with a large surface area internal coil well suited for use with either boilers or air source heat pumps. Hot water production takes place by the exchange of heat from the primary heat source across the surface area of the coil to the stored water volume. The heat source for the feeding heat to the coil is external – such as a Strebel boiler or heat pump.

Available in five sizes offering DHW storage of 500, 800, 1000, 1500 and 2000 litres the S-LC-I is manufactured from high grade stainless steel vessel with a large surface area stainless steel high performance coil integrated within the tank. The unit is supplied with an immersion heater (requires fitting on site) as standard with a thermometer dual safety and control thermostat. The S-LC-I range is thermally insulated at point of manufacture with CFC and HCFC-free PU material with 80mm thickness. The 800,1000, 1500 and 2000 litre vessels are supplied with a DN400 side manhole for inspection and cleaning. The 500 litre vessel has a smaller connection for the same purpose.
