The S-FAX range comprises four floor standing models of a highly efficient, low NOx emission, modular gas condensing boiler based on the cascading principle of multiple aluminium alloy heat exchangers offering nominal outputs, at 50°C/30°C (F/R), of 150kW, 300kW, 450kW and 600kW. Each boiler is comprised of multiples of a core 75kW heat exchanger and will modulate upwards from 15kW upwards to nominal output. The S-FAX 600 model accordingly has a modulation rate of 40:1 based around eight modules allowing precise seasonal load matching.
Each model is housed in a sturdy frost-proofed (down to -5°C ambient) casing designed for either internal or covered external installation. Flexible connection options allow for hydraulic connection from either right or left sides, with the boiler being flued from the bottom and is equipped with heavy duty wheels that can be fixed when the boiler is in position.
The S-FAX range is perfect for all new build and retrofit heating applications and comes with a wide selection of system accessories with the standard two year warranty (subject to water quality compliance) when commissioned by a Strebel engineer. Extended warranty is available up to five years if a Plate Heat Exchanger is supplied by Strebel and installed at time of commissioning.
